Fabulous hotel with outstanding views of the city. Our room was quite large with an outstanding bathroom and a variety of interesting knickknacks that needed to be hidden from our toddler. The bed was comfortable- even with our toddler also in it. The hotel was conveniently located above tunnels to transit and by a variety of nice food options. While we were staying there, there appeared to be some sort of an event for luxury sports car owners - which my car loving toddler was very enthusiastic about. The breakfast was outstanding with many options and the staff was very kind to my toddler. We would certainly stay here again!

This was our 2nd stay at the Andaz Tokyo and visited for 10 days total there in April and May 2024. Folks there are very happy to accommodate on just about every level. The location could be a little more Central than at Toranaman Hills business district, but that certainly isn't a deal killer. The Hotel is in the luxury class, to be certain, but the rooms need refresh, especially with carpeting and some furniture. Again, however, these aren't a deal killer...only a gentle reminder to Hyatt and Andaz that it elevate itself to the high end place that it would otherwise be. The concierges in particular were really wonderful with a variety of requests we made during our extended stay. Housekeeping was impeccable and contributed to our pleasure and comfort, especially after returning from exhausting days of romping around the city. Highly recommended overall.

Amazing hotel - wonderful design and overall function / features And great location. We had a bay view room with an amazing vista. I have had the opportunity to stay at many hotels around the world and the Andaz is among the best city hotel I have experienced.

This hotel is the best hotel in my mind. I always love how they treat me - friendly, generous, good-mannered, and so many good things. I love the breakfast that I can make my own fish eggs rice and a lot of fresh fruits. I love the lounge that allow me to bring my beloved ginger ale togo all the time. I love the Tokyo tower view from the room. I loved the pool and spa. That is a hotel that I will always remember and come back. There was an incident that the Andaz Tokyo Rooftop Bar have no services at all, but I will exclude that from the hotel experience. Andaz Tokyo Hotel itself is the best out of the best.
