Beautiful hotel with large rooms and suites. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Valets, Concierge, Front Desk, Consort Bar staff...all top notch. I stay at the King Eddy regularly and wouldn't stay anywhere else when I need to be in Toronto!

The hotel is well situated and calm. When were there, the main entrance was not in use which we were not told so we had to lug our cases round the corner where there was nobody on duty on the door. Rooms were large, calm and clean but polyester bathrobes are just not acceptable. Breakfast was hit and miss in terms of service: one day appalling, the next day excellent. The concierge gave us good tips for places to visit.

I really enjoyed My stay in this wonderful hotel. Location was perfect- close to everything i wanted and despite central location very quiet and conducive for rest and relaxation. Because I drove here I used the park hero app to find a place literally around the corner at indigo parking $18/day or so .

I came to the Omni for a work conference and holy heck, I am impressed with my company. What a beautiful hotel, very elegant. The staff were exceptional through the entire stay, the rooms were excellent, and oh lord, let me tell you how comfortable the bed and pillows were. I fought with myself long and hard on whether it would be worth getting fired just to stay in bed longer. I was also able to find time to visit the Mokara Spa in the hotel and it was the perfect way to unwind after the conference. I had the absolute best massage. I cannot wait to come back to the Omni King Edward.

Omni King Edward hotel is in the heart of downtown Toronto. The location just amazing near to everything. Plus many near by restaurants and food selection. Typically, we managed to walk to everywhere. Inside the hotel, the service and the details were exceptional. Friendly staff in every step. highly recommanded.
