Wonderful staff and service! Golf course was in amazing shape! I would recommend this resort to anyone who was looking for a staycation or coming in from out of town.

The staff were friendly and kind. The room was beautiful and the bed and pillows so comfy! I would highly recommend it and am looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

We chose the resort because they had pickle ball, tennis and a sand volleyball court for a weekend family event which included a banquet on Saturday night. Everyone really liked the resort and felt it’s a nice balance of casual and elegant. The staff is very friendly, the resort is nicely decorated and their event planning personnel will make the extra effort to give you a wonderful event. The resort gives you a historic Tucson feel with updated rooms, lobby and restaurants.

After traveling almost annually with groups of 4-8 players to Omni Tucson National, I was disappointed this trip to learn that the "stay and play" package I thought I signed up for was not in fact the deal. Rather than have my over market room rate include golf, I was told greens fees were extra making the entire trip about $500 more than I anticipated. Rather than show any consideration for the mistake that was made, I was simply told to pay the bill. If the resort doesn't stand by their inside or outside representatives that sell the resort, they must not care about the consumer. Rather than provide some consolation to ease the pain they simply told me to pay the bill. I am glad I made this trip solo anticipating coming back later in March or April. After this experience, the group has now made plans to go to Pinehurst, NC, and if I am involved in the planning, we will never go back to OTN.

Very disappointed with service. We found a disgusting stain on our sheets. No one was available to help with bags or get valet keys. Multiple times waited an unreasonable amount of time to get our keys from the valet so we could go get our car ourselves because they were so poorly staffed.
