Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya

This was my first time staying at a 5 star luxury Hilton property, and all I can say is WOW! Our arrival experience was seamless and Alejandro was wonderful during our check-in. Our room was beautiful with an ocean view, the housekeeping team were so sweet and attentive. We went to Autor on our first night and did the tasting menu which was great, I wish I could remember the name of our server as he was brilliant, so knowledgeable and we loved his storytelling with each dish. Gabriel at the bar was also great and took our preferences into account to make us some amazing cocktails! Breakfast at Arbolea was probably my favourite part of our days at Conrad - the range of food on offer was unlike any Hilton breakfast buffet I’ve experienced. Mauricio was hilarious and attentive - we loved being served by him in the mornings. Every single team member we met was so lovely - nothing was too much. An all round incredible experience that I will be talking about for years to come, before I can come back!! Thank you all! :)

My sister and I had a wonderful, relaxing trip at the Conrad. The resort was gorgeous and food delicious. The service was above-and-beyond and especially so from Paulina at the front desk, Manuel at Autor, and Mauricio at Arbolea. Can’t recommend the property enough.

The entire experience at this property was 5 stars. The food, service, amenities are perfect. The view and the attentiveness of the staff makes this a perfect vacation. Mauricio is my favorite! He is polite courteous and so friendly. This is a must try.

We just returned from a 4-night stay at the Conrad Tulum. Talk about 5-star. The resort was stunning, amazing staff, not busy at all (still a new property built in 2023, I believe). We got the 'Flavors of Tulum' package which made our stay all-inclusive and was completely worth the price for the incredible (even one Michelin recommended restaurant included!) food and beverages ($250 pp/pn). We have stayed at many, many resorts and this is t the top. On top of that, the staff was out-of-this-world kind and attentive. We will definitely be back and cannot wait!

Teníamos muchas ganas de conocer el hotel por las reseñas leídas, sin embargo no fue la experiencia que esperaba. Las instalaciones están muy lindas, la habitación cómoda, pero la atención y el servicio en general dejó mucho que desear. Lamentablemente para lograr que un mesero te atendiera para un trago o unos snack fue difícil tanto en la alberca como en el bar. La experiencia en el buffet en cuanto a la atención fue desagradable, había que pedirle a los meseros que te dieran más café, agua, sin dejar a un lado que los radios estaban encendidos y con alto volumen y podías escuchar todo lo que decían. Dejando esto a un lado la comida estuvo bien. Es un hotel ideal si buscas desconectarte del mundo, en la fecha que fuimos estaba muy tranquilo, nos llamó la atención que no había ninguna actividad de entretenimiento. No funcionaban el jacuzzis de la alberca y lamentablemente se quedó sin batería la cerradura de la habitación y tomó casi 30 minutos que pudieran cambiarla. Creo que fue una serie de eventos desafortunados. Lo que sí les recomiendo ampliamente es el restaurante italiano, realmente fue lo que más disfruté del hotel, desde que llegamos la chica que nos recibió súper amable, el mesero que nos atendió Abraham se esmeró por darnos una atención de primera, sus recomendaciones de vino y alimentos nos encantaron, al final estábamos muy agradados con la comida y el chef Josué salió a saludarnos cosa que me pareció un gran detalle.
