Excellent Family Stay
Our family enjoyed 2 nights of luxury at the Conrad Tulum. The grounds were beautiful, the staff friendly, the housekeeping impeccable, and the food was delicious. We can’t wait to return. Although it is seaweed season the management did everything possible to remove it.

Kids Club Conrad Tulum
Beautiful property, friendly staff and amazing restaurants. The kids went to the kids club for few hours to do some fun craft and they loved it. The staff Shamara, Ruth, Ivette and Mariana were amazing with them. It was such a fun experience. They keep looking forward every day to go.

Dream catcher experience at the Conrad
We just finished our dream catcher for our baby’s nursery! Rose and Angie were awesome in helping us with the crafts great experience with them!! We have had nothing but great service with the staff as a whole and the property is gorgeous! We hate that we can’t stay the full week, truly a great experience!!

Relaxing Family Vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation. It was very relaxing and all of the staff were super friendly. My daughter and I had a fun time making matching macrame keychains- Angie, Rocio, and Jose were very helpful! Although there was seaweed on the beach, we still had a great time by one of the many pools. All of the food was delicious, Kengai was our favorite restaurant!
