Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya

There are no words enough to express how great this place was. From the moment we arrived, there was a complementary valet welcoming us with refreshing wet clothes. Then hosts (Frida) welcomed us with drinks and checked us in. They took us to our room in a golf cart and carried our luggage. Our room was full of amenities such as waters, Nescafé, tea and more. The room was well decorated and again welcoming us with a bag. They provided services twice a day if it was required. Again refilling water and coffee and ask if we needed anything. Swimming pool water was warm and relaxing providing towels. They have restaurants which you have to reserve ahead of time. Breakfast buffet was amazing (recommended). Jacobo provided a great service. Food was delicious. We could swim in the ocean because of the sargasso, seaweed like. I was told the beach is better from late October thru March. Overall. This was a great place to spend a few days relaxing. The place is wonderful but what makes it even better is the staff who are professional, kind, informative and eager to please. Hopefully we can come back and spend more time.

The Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya is an exceptional hotel, offering thoughtfully designed facilities. The variety and quality of its restaurants are equally impressive. During my stay, I had the pleasure of interacting with several team members, all of whom were very attentive and helpful. I would especially like to recognize Joshua from Author, Mauricio at breakfast, and Adriana from sales. Thank you!

We had an amazing trip at this beautiful resort! A big thank you to Jesús, our incredible server by the pool. His hospitality was truly above and beyond—always attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. He even surprised us with a special drink served in a pineapple, which was such a fun and memorable touch! Also, a shout-out to Hector, one of the talented bartenders we met at several spots around the resort. His drinks were always delicious and personalized.

We had an incredible stay! We don’t usually repeat hotels, but we had such a great time in 2023 that we decided to come back and stay longer this time. The service was incredible! Jesús took good care of us at both Chriniguito Carbón and Crudo and while everyone was great, he went above and beyond! He was always bringing us drinks and snacks even before we asked. The best was a special gift he made for my wife with a coconut styled by him with a piña colada inside!

Great hotel and the food was pretty good for all-inclusive dining. The steakhouse and Mexican restaurants were our favs. We took the enclave upgrade and it made things easier, namely: didn’t have to rely on golf cart transport bc we were close enough to walk to lobby; we had first come/first serve access to cabanas at exclusive pools which was huge; the personal concierge was very helpful (thank you Gerardo). There activities were limited. Apparently the kayak and SUP vendor is no longer there so even though the equipment was available, it wasn’t usable. We left the premises on two days for snorkeling and Cenotes. We also wanted to see the town and get a change of scenery. The beach was large enough but nothing elaborate! We are hoping to go back!
