I don't normally review hotels, however I felt that I would make an exception for La Badira. From arrival around lunchtime on 2nd May, my husband and I were greeted by the reception staff and served mint tea as the reception staff effortlessly booked us in. Our suite was facing the sea and was spotless as it was throughout our stay - well done housekeeping. The pool and surrounding bar area was again a high standard of cleanliness, with plenty of sunbeds and towels available. The pool bar staff were attentive to your every need especially when it came to cocktails - which were delicious. Food was of a very high standard, beautiful presentation and worthy of michelin standard. The waiting staff were amazing especially Sirinine and Kamel in the Kamilah restaurant who were very attentive during our visit. During our visit we visited the Clarins Spa for a number of treatments - very luxurious and the indoor pool is great to have a break from the Tunisian sun. The buffet style breakfast was super with lots of choice of different foods to choose from. Special call out to the lady (sorry can't remember her name) making the omelettes every morning during our stay. My husband and I will be celebrating our silver wedding anniversary in October and we were looking to book two weeks away. After visiting La Badira we have decided we would like to return in October. I would give this hotel and the staff 10 out of 10 and very deserving of 5 star rating.

Excellent conditions. My room was served by Khaoula and she is very good at her job!! Everybody is very helpful and friendly. Najwa and Nada also very helpful and friendly and helped me with everything I needed! Food was very good and the waiters very helpful!!

My wife and I stayed for 9 nights and are delighted we chose La Badira. Exceptional service received in every aspect. Yes, the surroundings are exquisite and beautiful. But the service is what makes or breaks an experience. Special thanks to Sabhi, our happy and attentive restaurant waiter. Maha our lovely room cleaner who really pampered us with fresh flowers and balloons. Omyma at the welcome reception who proudly sorted our exceptional room view. Olfa, the omelette queen was eggceptional and always had the biggest smile. Gasin, our kind & courteous driver to El Jem & Mosque Okba ensured our comfort, safety and was very informative. The Spa staff and Masseuses were first class. Thank you for ensuring the ease of making so many special memories!

Very good place and great atmosphere and a perfect services . I recommande strongly. We loved the SPA, the fitness club, the food, the pool, the sea, .... Great experience as a couple in a premium quite place. Also very accessible with a private sea.

The stay was very pleasant and we are completely satisfied. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely welcoming and smiling, both the receptionist and the young lady from the customer service who accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the hotel. When we asked for help, the second agent was also welcoming and helpful. I especially want to congratulate the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. The exceptional service we received is unmatched by any other hotel in Tunisia. Additionally, the dining experience is excellent, the spa is very pleasant, although the outdoor pool is a bit small, it offers an extremely pleasant view. As for the heated indoor pool, it is simply beautiful and spacious.
