Precise Tale Poggio alla Sala

No idea why this has a low rating, must have had some issues to iron out post the refurb. Well they have certainly ironed them out this is a top 3 hotel I’ve stayed in globally behind Airelles Gordes and Grand Tritone Amalfi but not far behind. Had stayed at Como Castello Del Nero for twice the price before coming here and this is leagues ahead. Staff are professional, pools and bar service unbelievable, breakfast best I’ve ever seen and restaurant is 10/10. Sauna and spa is amazing also. One of the best hotels in the world, check the most recent reviews and ignore the older ones.

The lattes and Americanos were warm. It took 1.5 hours to get a pizza at the poolside. Kids everywhere. Cigars from three nights ago still in the ashtrays outside. The Ukrainian staff were so rude and abrupt.

As if invited to a private residence, you pass through an elegantly tranquil gate and drive down a tree-lined path. After a short drive, the beautiful hotel building that harmonizes with the surrounding scenery emerges—on both sides of the avenue, vineyards bathed in the morning and evening sun shimmer beautifully, evoking the feeling of stepping into a Tuscan masterpiece. The hotel's establishment is flawless, with the main hotel building, restaurant, pool, fitness, children's playground, and walking paths for fluffy friends all thoughtfully arranged. The beauty of the surroundings is undeniably captivating. But beyond the exceptional facilities, the staff—including front desk personnel, restaurant service teams (managed separately from the hotel), kitchen staff, and every employee encountered—delivers heartfelt, high-quality service. During our stay, which coincided with the Easter holiday, many young Italian families were visiting. As a thoughtful gesture, children received football-sized chocolates. Since our daughter, now 29, got married two years ago, instead of chocolate, we received a beautifully wrapped and remarakably large, Colomba Pasquale. This hotel is not just a place to stay—it’s a place where staying has true meaning. Whether you love indulgent travel or seek heartwarming service, I wholeheartedly recommend this luxurious establishment with absolute confidence.

We spent four nights at Precise Tale Poggio Alla Sala and couldn’t be happier. The location is stunning — quiet, green, and with beautiful views. Our room was clean, comfortable, and full of character. The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. It’s the perfect spot for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the best of Tuscany. Highly recommend.
