Excellent hospitality
My recent stay at the Leela palace was nothing short of a spectacular experience. Can’t thank Mr. Madhav for his hospitality and outstanding service. He helped organise a beautiful cake and a bouquet of flowers for a family birthday making it even more special and memorable. I can’t recommend this place enough for its beauty but more importantly, for its wonderful staff.

Love Love Loved the Leela Palace, Magical experience, incredible hospitality.
We had an absolutely magical, fabulous and memorable time right from the rose petal shower welcome, and aao padharo Des sung as we stepped into a tastefully anointed fragrant interior to our departure laden with a generous breakfast basket and Aaj Janey kee Zid naa karo. Not a detail overlooked, not a care left unattended- including the special attention we received from our host and Executive Butler Madhav Rathi to the entire team at our meals- (many thanks to Ronak, Amit, Sabya,Lokendra,Sanjay and the entire staff and chefs), superb housekeeping team, and Deepa and Charu to our boatmen and valet/ security staff - everyone was absolutely WONDERFUL. We felt cared for and adored without being overwhelmed by the attention we received. The pool and fitness center was superb as was my son’s fitness trainer. Wow- what an experience! Thank you team Leela!
