A flawless stay from arrival to departure
Our stay at The Leela Palace Udaipur was truly unforgettable. From the moment we were picked up by boat at the jetty, everything felt calm, welcoming, and very special. Arriving at the palace was an experience in itself and immediately set the tone for the stay. Check in was smooth and relaxed and having a butler available on WhatsApp throughout our visit was incredibly helpful. Any questions or requests were answered quickly and made everything feel effortless. The food during our stay was excellent. Every meal was full of flavour and beautifully prepared. I also booked a spa treatment which included a body polish and wrap and it was a wonderful experience. The therapists were attentive and made sure I felt completely comfortable and relaxed. On our final day I visited the salon and once again the service exceeded expectations. It was the perfect way to end the stay. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. The service felt genuine, thoughtful, and warm throughout. Anyone thinking of staying here should not hesitate. We are so grateful for the experience and would absolutely love to return in the future.
