The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and everything was impeccably arranged. Our stay was exceptional, the hospitality unmatched, and we had several awe-inspiring moments. But the food was simply extraordinary. When world-class service meets outstanding cuisine, it’s an effortless 10/10. The bar and dining options were fantastic, offering a diverse array of delectable dishes, each one more delectable than the last. I tried as much as I could during my stay, and every dish set new standards. And let’s not forget the cake—it was the cherry on top. Last but not the least the surprise gift 💝 Was an adorable gesture by exceptional staff What an extraordinary experience! Truly the best of all! The hotel is nice, though not at the level of The Oberoi Udaivilas in Udaipur. The location and building are absolutely beautiful and make a strong first impression. However, the service was only average. Breakfast was confusing, with wrong dishes served and long waiting times. Dinner they had no clue about wines. Served corked wines from 3 different bottles before we gave up. The butler service worked only every second or third time we called, and despite asking three times, we never received a proper turn-down service. Overall, a pleasant stay, but the experience did not live up to the standard expected from a hotel of this caliber.

We stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon and we have had the most spectacular time. The Raffles Udaipur team treated us with the utmost care and attention and made each and every moment feel special. They were extremely welcoming of all our requests and anticipated our needs and requirements. Would recommend a 100%, the resort is exquisitely maintained, the view is unmatched and the service is the best we have had ever! From the moment we arrived at Raffles Udaipur, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The property is absolutely stunning, but it's the incredible team that truly made our stay unforgettable. A special mention to Shalu at the front office, whose welcoming smile. Devnarayan, the doorman, greeted us with such respectful warmth.At the restaurant, Himanshu, Tarun and Kartik provided outstanding service – attentive without being intrusive, and always ready with great recommendations. Their warmth made each meal feel special.
