Taj Lake Palace

This was one once in a lifetime experience for our family which gathered from all over the world to be part of the celebration. Right from reservations to airport pick up , check in and escort to our rooms worked like clockwork. Especially Rahul Mehta was very welcoming in his gracious way. Disha who from the checking in took care of our party from age group of 74 to 3. She almost anticipated our needs even before we were aware of them. She is such an asset to Taj- people like her make guests rave about Taj Lake palace and keep returning to it. She noticed our grandson just had his birthday and made sure with a special celebration near the Christmas tree that he had a memorable cake cutting ceremony. I will highly recommend her of being the contact person for all VIPs as she has both the flair and ability to gracefully look after them- a rare skill in hospitality industry. The restaurant, food, boat ride, cultural program were magical. We sure look forward to returning for this unique experience and kudos to the entire management for treating us as royalty.

We chose the Taj Lake Palace for our anniversary celebration, and it was a truly memorable stay. Everything from the beautiful gardens, to the delicious food, the outstanding hospitality, it was a royal experience. Our biggest highlight was the food- from the kachoris and truffle eggs at breakfast to the laal maas, kesar kasturi chicken, lamb soup it was all incredibly delicious. Our absolute favourites were the rasmalai and the warqi paratha. We could not get enough of them. Our food experience was further elevated by the outstanding hospitality of Oveish. He served us with such warmth and care (with great food recommendations) that we left with full hearts as well as full stomachs. The hospitality of Rahul, Chef Abhishek and Krish, was so thoughtful and attentive. They, along with the rest of the team at Lake Palace and made our stay truly special. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Food and ambiance is outstanding. Specially head chef Mr. Babu singh bhati cooked amazing dishes and personally took care of all the tables by making them taste thier favourite dishes. Love place must visit here.
