Taj Lake Palace is a beautiful place.We had a great time over here. Myself and my Wife enjoyed the delicious cuisine at Fine dining Restaurant Jhakora.Thanks to Sous Chef Babu Singh Bhati and his team for serving us with such delicious cuisines.Looking forward to visit here again.

I came to the Taj Lake Palace for the first time with my boyfriend for our very first trip together, and I can honestly say it was one of the most incredible hotel experiences of our lives. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member was extremely respectful, attentive, warm, and genuinely kind. The level of service and care here is truly unmatched. A very special thank you to Sous Chef Anop Singh Chundawat. I mentioned that I loved a specific Indian dish that was not even on the menu, and he went out of his way to create a custom appetizer of that dish just for me. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture, and it truly meant so much. Pradeep Singh Charan was also absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He was always available, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Oveish and Vaibhav were our waiters, and wow were they sweet and caring. Truly the most amazing staff. Lastly, a huge thank you to Harsh, the hotel manager. He truly made our stay unforgettable and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests is exceptional. I cannot recommend the Taj Lake Palace enough. It is a magical property with extraordinary people, and we will cherish this experience forever.

Our experience at The Taj Lake Palace Udaipur was incomparable. The small details like the flautist twice a day, the Panditji who conducts Pooja every day, etc. just made our stay perfect. The Concierge Naman was exceptional. He not only helped us with all our activities and excursions, but also went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The only negative experience I would like to comment on is with the shop. I purchased a saree and a pashmina at the shop. They told me that the sari blouse would be stitched to my measurements and sent the very next day. It was delayed by a day, which was not a problem for me specifically, however, the fit of the blouse was very bad. This is, in spite of my providing a blouse that they could use as an example. Quality of stitching was not great either. The worst part of it was that when I complained about this by a text message to the sales person, he completely ignored the text message and did not even choose to respond let alone try to fix the problem. Despite this issue with our stay, the overall day was wonderful. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The boat rides were spectacular. The daily cultural show was super fun. And as we were there on Christmas Eve, the grand entry made by Santa Claus that evening by boat and accompanied by fireworks was amazing.

lovely atmosphere and most all food was out of this world, everything was delicious. we had a lovely warm welcome from staff on arrival too that made the experience something special.
