Taj Lake Palace

Amazing experience with great ambience! The staff were all so friendly! I met with one of the head chefs (Muskaan) & all the waitresses & waiters were so friendly & kind! Vijay Malhotra (Waiter) & Pradeep Charan (Food & Beverage Executive) were very friendly & welcoming! The food was excellent & the service was superb! I appreciate the fine Indian artistry that exists these days! This fine craftsmanship is so hard to find elsewhere. Thank you all for your courtesy & kindness! Blessings be with you all!

We had an excellent stay at Taj Lake Palace. Moment we got down from a ferry boat, they welcomed us with a nice traditional umbrella and shower of rose petals. We were assigned a special person to check us in. He is a tall person, and most likely, his name is Shorya. He gave us a very comprehensive tour of the facility, which enhanced our experience at the hotel. In the evening, we enjoyed a sunset boat tour to Jagmandir Island Palace. Also enjoyed traditional show of dance and music. We ate at Zarokha, and chef Muskan was very attentive to our needs. The food was excellent. We also very much enjoyed an excellent breakfast boueffet the next day. Truly enjoyed our stay.

I have never come to a place where I was nearly brought to tears… for how *well* I was treated. The Taj Lake Palace is the first. From the first moment we reached the dock to take a short boat ride to the island, to entering the palace, experiencing it, lounging, accessing the pool, restaurants, room, and entertainment, everything was just about perfect. But then came the proactive, thoughtful touches of the service to put it over the top– from the front desk folks preparing custom experiences for just my wife and I, to the restaurant chef and staff going out of their way to design the best culinary visits we could possibly have. There was little need to leave the island for the city and indeed we hurried back when we did. I don't know if we'll ever end up back there, but hopefully we will. Special shoutouts to our friends, Gunwant, Baba, Himanshu, and the pool attendant with the mustache who all delivered amazing service. Very thankful for this gift.

Incredible experience at the Taj palace for lunch. The food was delicious, we had an incredible table by the water and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Our waiter Vijay was extremely attentive and wonderful. We even had a personal visit from the chef Muskaan who came out to check that we were happy with the food. 10/10 experience.
