Absolutely mesmerising experience at Taj Lake Palace Udaipur. The staff was extremely warm and courteous and the service was top notch. Food at both Jharokha and Neelkamal was amazing and special mentions to Anop Singh Chundawat and Pradeep Charan for the delicious food. Would definitely recommend! :D

Absolutely enjoyed our stay with Taj lake palace ! We had the yummiest food at Neelkamal and really enjoyed the service and hospitality of Anop Singh and Pradeep Singh - they made us feel truly special and welcomed.

We have just returned from another stay at the Taj Lake Palace and, once again, it was nothing short of exceptional. This was our third visit, and it is remarkable how the hotel maintains such consistently high standards. It remains a truly magnificent place, with a sense of calm, beauty and attention to detail that is very rare. From the moment we arrived, we were looked after with great care. Sriti gave us a warm and genuinely welcoming reception, which immediately set the tone for our stay. It was also a pleasure to see Rahul again, who, as always, was engaging, kind and clearly takes enormous pride in the rooms and the overall experience. Every member of staff made a difference. The food was outstanding throughout, from breakfast to dinner, and we were particularly well looked after by Mahesh in the restaurant, along with Anop in the kitchen, and Gunwant and Surendra. The entire restaurant team were excellent, and everyone we encountered was attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming. The rooms themselves are spectacular, and we were made to feel completely at home. A special mention to Priyanka, who took great care of us, and Mahendran, who ensured we had everything we needed. What really stands out at the Taj Lake Palace is the consistency of the service and the genuine warmth of the people. From the boat staff to the bar and across the entire hotel, there is a clear sense that everyone takes pride in what they do. We feel very fortunate to have stayed here three times, and it remains as special as ever. We would highly recommend a visit. Dining at Neel Kamal in Taj Lake Palace was nothing short of a royal experience. From the moment we arrived, every detail felt thoughtfully curated. What really stood out was how personalized everything was — even our spice preferences, which we had casually mentioned at check-in, were perfectly reflected in each dish. A special thanks to Vijay, whose warmth and attentiveness made the evening truly memorable. He went above and beyond by introducing us to complimentary Rajasthani dishes we wouldn’t have tried otherwise — and they turned out to be highlights of the meal. Chef Anop also deserves appreciation for crafting flavors that were both authentic and tailored to our palate. If you’re staying at Taj Lake Palace, this is an experience you simply shouldn’t miss.
