From the moment we arrived at The Oberoi Udaivilas, we had a feeling it would be special—but we honestly didn’t expect it to be this extraordinary. Somehow, it managed to exceed even our highest expectations. This isn’t just a beautiful hotel—it truly feels like a peaceful sanctuary, full of elegance, calm, and that rare kind of hospitality that comes straight from the heart. The property itself is stunning. Inspired by Mewari palaces, the domes, courtyards, and lake views feel like something out of a dream. Every space is so thoughtfully designed, and the attention to detail is exceptional. But what stood out even more was the incredible staff. Everyone—from the front desk team to the restaurant servers, housekeeping, and even the boatmen—treated us with such genuine warmth and kindness. We never felt like guests—we felt completely at home. There were so many thoughtful touches along the way: handwritten notes, remembering what we liked, and even surprising our kids with little treats that made them light up. You can really feel that this place is run by people who care deeply about what they do. The food was amazing—every dish full of flavor and beautifully presented. We also loved the spa experience and the magical sunset boat ride. Everything just flowed perfectly, and it made the entire trip feel effortless and deeply relaxing. If I could give more than five stars, I would. The Oberoi Udaivilas isn’t just luxurious—it’s full of heart. We’ll always be grateful for the memories we made here, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. A huge thank you to the entire team—you made our stay unforgettable.

Had the best time at Udaivilas! The staff was so welcoming and the hospitality was unmatched! The property is beautiful! For everyone who loves getting clicked, the staff takes amazing pictures! The guards Vijay Ji, Om Prakash ji go the extra mile to get that perfect picture. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
