Service exceeded our expectations
Amazing property and service exceeded everything have experienced so far in all our travels. The property was gorgeous and peaceful and allowed us to completely relax and rejuvenate. Sadly out trip was not long enough to experience all that Udaivilas had to offer and we will be making another trip(s) in the future.

Very enjoyable stay at this world class hotel
We had an amazing stay at this world class hotel . It was definitely enhanced by our choice of the premium city view room with semi-private pool with a great view of the lake. I’d highly recommend to choose this category of room. Unfortunately we didn’t get off to a good start because the concierge department had to be prompted twice to reply to emails prior to our stay. However when we got there the service was exemplary and there was great attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed dining on the terrace and having cocktails beside the lake and enjoying the extensive grounds. All the food was delicious . I would like to single out one of the spa therapists , Giteshwori for providing an excellent ’signature’ massage .We booked a heritage walk with the hotel and our guide Umesh Soni was excellent . Unfortunately the hotel was not able to offer boat trips at the time of our visit (due to no fault of its own) but I understand this is actively being addressed. Some feedback: It would have been good if the promenade bar were open during the day as the view from here is sublime. This seems like a lost opportunity. Also the points from my stay should have been automatically added to my Oberoi One account as you had my membership number at the time of booking but this did not happen.
