The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur

We had the most memorable experience at the Udaivilas. The hotel is simply stunning with gorgeous grounds, beautiful views of the lake and wonderful facilities. We stayed in one of the pool villas and the room was very well appointed. We had some fabulous meals throughout our stay and the service was brilliantly "Oberoi" - warm, polite, efficient & helpful. Special shout out to Armaan as well as Prachi, both of whom took such wonderful care of us (thank you both so much!). Thanks for the special touches and parting gifts - we shall treasure them! We will be back for sure and hopefully stay for longer than 2 nights.

Positiv: Amazing Location, nice view, great atmosphere and warm welcome. Negative: poor breakfast, poor spa and recreation facilities, less privacy and the feeling of over serviced. The Hotel lives from the reputation and the fact that there is no competitor

Excellent property with Fantastic service . Very friendly and helpful staff. I forgot my wallet at reception and it was delivered to me at dinner.The grounds are fantastic and the lake front bar is incredible for subset drinks. Very very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this amazing hotel!

Khamaghani to the whole staff at Udaivilas. Udaivilas left me wanting for more and it was very evident in this trip of mine to Udaipur with my son and partner. I have been deeply moved by the hospitality at Udaivilas. Their commitment to make one’s stay Memorable is evident in the way their staff moves with certainty. You will find the staff meeting you each step all the way to ensure that your stay is nothing short of mind blowing and leaving you wanting for more. The soft music played in the evenings evokes a deep desire, a longing of some sorts and Ofcourse adds to the attraction of the place. The serving staff tweaks the food and drinks to your needs. Every nook and corner of this property will leave you wanting for more. Asking of you to “Padaro Maro Desh”. Anything which has green-spaces and water. They are close to my heart. Udaivilas offered both of them in abundance. Along with an impeccable service provided by the whole staff. I have some dietary requirements and when I asked to speak to Chef Arun Mathur. The staff arranged that with speed of light and thereafter I didn’t need to worry about my dietary requirements. I love the way the feedback is well received along with the information flow within the system. Which truly shows a deep Intent to be of help and service. I generally measure the running of any organization by its ability to give agency and authority to its staff while staying within the broader defined roles. It was nice to see that the staff is trained to become leaders as they move up in the organization. Chef Ayush and Varun were exceptional To name a few other names Nairwita , your ability to answer all my question and putting all my tensions was deeply appreciated. Ritwik and Sayarika at front desk were equally helpful with all the coordination related to logistics and transport or any queries I had. Vaidehi - gave me a tour of the bada Mahal? However what took my heart away and sealed it it how well The General Manager Mohit Malhotra listened to my concerns and addressed them. Everyone can provide good service, however it is the going beyond which truly stays with me for a long time A mental note to come back again as I barely explored anything outside of the property. Hint: you don’t feel like leaving this place as it is lush, green, vibrant and ofcourse spacious and breezy.

The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur was an absolutely beautiful experience for us. The property is vast, serene, and unbelievably lush green every corner feels thoughtfully designed and deeply calming. Staying here truly felt like being in a royal oasis. The level of pampering and hospitality we received was exceptional. The team went out of their way to make us feel special at every step, ensuring comfort, warmth, and genuine care throughout our stay. A moment that truly touched our hearts was when our daughter received a surprise teddy bear through room service. That simple yet thoughtful gesture brought immense joy to her and made the experience even more memorable for us as parents. From the stunning surroundings to the impeccable service, everything about Oberoi Udaivilas reflected luxury with soul. It wasn’t just a stay it was an emotion, a memory we will cherish forever.
