Memorable stay in Udaipur
Lovely stay overall beautiful property and very warm hospitality. Staff was polite and helpful throughout. Special thanks to Aman Joshi for being super courteous and making sure everything was smooth during our visit. Really appreciate the effort.

Absolute worst service received ever.
Absolute worst service received- PERIOD. I did not actually stayed at the hotel and wont do it either, given the service provided. Context: I rung to book a restaurant reservation. “Hi my name is xxx, I want a book a table, if possible.” Employee: “sir we are booked out” I am sorry, did you ask which date, which month. I usually make my bookings far in advance, to ensure I have a table. When confronted, Agent later on apologised and said we are booked till 6/3. Again I had to advise to her, that did she even bother asking me when I want the reservation. I think that is an absolute ABC of hospitality. You welcome, you entertain the enquiry and then respectfully respond. But wow the service I received was so sub par, it shows how they are taught at the hotel.

The best hotel we have stayed in.
This hotel is a little piece of heaven on earth. The staff are excellent, the food wonderful, rooms and facilities superb. If your ever in Udaipur, this is the place to stay.
