We stay at the Waterfront Property several times a year. For this short stay, we were located in a gold corner room. The hospitality Fernando offered us during the stay was outstanding, along with the staff at the Gold Lounge and the Valet/Bellman staffs. We had a late Dinner at ARC and our server provided us an amazing service. We ate at ARC many many times, and anyone must try the Bottomless Brunch on Sundays. Very good. We will definitely return again. Thank you all.

Easy check in, held luggage and placed in room when were early to checkin, took luggage and delivered to cruise ship as courtesy, staff very nice. right next to the very confusing Vancouver cruise check in terminal. food court right next door

The Fairmont Hotels in Vancouver are all excellent. Every hotel employee at the waterfront we dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and hospitable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Arc food and cocktails were what you would expect from a Fairmont and the service both times, was excellent. Night and day from our recent Hilton experience.

Couldn’t use my welcome drink. Couldn’t get the food I wanted to eat. Could not get a later check out. Valet services were not offered. I felt like I was at a days inn. I just really didn’t like this stay. Which was disappointing because last time was so memorable.

A great experience all round. Lovely harbour view room, great service, excellent restaurant, very helpful staff, an easy walk to transport, sightseeing and shops.
