Fantastic
To all that negative reviews on this resort you are so wrong. It's the best as far as staff , hospitality, beach and the food. I read a lot of complaints about the rooms being outdated they are upgrading it takes time. If you're upset about the beach towels then bring your own it's that simple. I'm returning for my 3rd time in less than a year and my brother his 5 fifth time. I know people who vacationed at this resort are returning for their 20th time.

Our Cuban Paradise
Here now for our 6th time. Best resort in Cuba by far. The staff bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable. It’s quiet and relaxing. Rooms are spotless. Food is always delicious. You will never go hungry. Wouldn’t even consider any other resort. Food and electricity are NOT a concern.

Probably the best resort in Varadero. Coming here for 3rd time already. They never run out of any type of food or alcohol, all the personnel is very friendly especially Jessica the chocolate girl from entertainment team. My parents are not fluent in English and even they were very comfortable at every entertaining event. So energizing person!

We had a great time !!!
We had so much fun, the staff were great !!! Food … i knew it wasn’t going to be like here but we managed , i took a lot of snacks and a travel kettle , noodles, instant mashed potatoes, pringle’s. etc. Room was cleaned everyday, they work so hard -I would go back. Missing Pizza ;)
