Perfect
Didn't stay at the hotel but had a massage here. They accommodate external guests as long as there's a vacant slot. Massage was excellent. Diana is very passionate about her work and really "listens" to her clients body. Went away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Grazie mille!

A luxury retreat in busy Venice
Gorgeous, curated, serene. Unexpected oasis in busy Venice. Service was exemplary from front desk to bellman to bartenders. Ask for Ivan- amazing concierge. Will go back again 100%

Can’t wait to come back
The service was outstanding! all the staff have been lovely to me and my girlfriend all throughout our stay. The rooms where Pristine I loved the spacious bathrooms. The Beds are really comfy and come with lovely pillows. The gym was more than adequate for my needs and although I didn’t use the spa it looked stunning and of course the staff in there were great! Lastly the breakfast buffet was amazing, great options of meats, veggies, fruits and pastry’s.

This was one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in! The architecture and design is beautiful, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel more than welcome. The service is unmatched and the food is incredible! The rooms are stunning and the beds are super soft which is perfect after a long day walking around Venice! Thank you for the best stay! We will definitely be coming back very soon!

Great hotel for couples in Venice
Great new hotel embracing a slower and more relaxed presence. The location is central but quiet and away from the crowds. The decor in rooms and common areas are beautiful and certainly a calming oasis after the hustle and bustle of central Venice. Staff were attentive without hovering over guests
