Stunning Hotel, with spacious rooms, helpful and attentive staff
We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in early June during our trip to Venice. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever had the chance to stay in. The decor is absolutely stunning, and the garden is immaculate. Our room was surprisingly spacious for a family of four, which is quite uncommon in Europe. The staff service was top notch! They were incredibly helpful and attentive.

Lovely hotel
The staff was lovely, the garden is beautiful, and the location was perfect in a quieter less touristy area, located 4 minutes walk from the public vaperetto stop. My original room was little small and the Air conditioning was not working on a very hot day. I mentioned this to Claudio at the front desk and he quickly moved me to a new room in the garden, which was beautiful and had a great air conditioning. A great hotel for my quick trip to Venice, I’d recommend.

Expensive for what you get
The location of the hotel is magical, and there is a lovely garden. Having a coffee in the morning on the jetty overlooking the lagoon was wonderful! The price seems high for the experience though – our room was good, but in need of a repaint in places, and some repairs to the windows/patio doors to improve their appearance and close the mosquito friendly gap left in them. For almost €500 a night, I would also expect bedding that is not polyester and foam.

Venice quiet hotel
Off the beaten path. Easy walking to everything, including all water taxi. Tremendous staff and service. Hotel is opulently appointed. Max at check in was outstanding in welcoming. We didn’t want to be in the rush of Rialto and St. Marks. This was the place to be.

Good location, quite, Staff was superb, Check in was very good. Quite close to everything 1/2 walk to St Mark’s Square
