Hotel Dei dogi Venezia trip birthday celebration
At the start, we were given a king bed but I don’t want to be laying next to my sister who snores and requested a single bed , so they changed the bed to 2 single beds and gave us a complimentary drinks and snacks while waiting for our room to be ready. Everyone are so nice and helpful. They answers all our questions and responded quickly to our request and our needs. I will definitely recommend this hotel .

Beautiful hotel! Top service all around and the rooms were comfortable. A special recognition to Rachel the bartender. Oh my, what fantastic service and quality in her drinks. Even better was her joyful, fun demeanor. Just a wonderful experience at the hotel. It’ll make you sorry to leave.

Venice- NHCollection Grand Hotel.
We had an exceptional stay at the Grand Hotel -Venezia. The staff were amazing, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was done to make sure we had the best of times. Taylan- at the concierge desk was our go - to for advice and was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful experience. We will be back.

Special hotel for a special occasion
Wonderful hotel, great attention to detail and the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. We took advantage of the complimentary transfer to a glass factory in Murano and because we were the only people at that time we had a guide all to ourselves. The trip was a special treat for my 50th and the staff left treats and lovely messages both days. They made our stay extra special. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay in Venice
This is a truly great hotel to stay in when visiting Venice! We enjoyed our stay immensely, especially the excellent service, the welcoming and pleasant staff, and our gorgeous room. Whenever we return to Venice, it’s a no-brainer where we’ll be staying. Thank you a lot!
