We had a great stay. The staff here are the best. 10 out of 10 on routine requests and 11 out of 10 on extraordinary requests. Arranged last minute seamless transfers and arrival when our train terminated at an earlier station than the expected one. Helped find a dock last minute to accommodate my family's physical needs getting into a booked Gondola. Went out of their way to ensure we had an experience we will remember the rest of our lives.

The Palazzina Grassi is a chic hotel, in a great location with the most helpful and welcoming staff. We had a fabulous stay. We had a beautiful room with a very pleasant terrace. The hotel common areas are comfortable and attractive. The restaurant is exceptional. Great breakfast. We did the market experience with the chef and had a memorable experience and the meal of a lifetime, I highly recommend doing it. So glad we choose the Grassi and hope we get to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff took excellent care of us—everyone was friendly and attentive. A special thanks to the lovely lady who looked after us during breakfast; she was truly exceptional and made our mornings extra special.

Staff were incredible, great hotel in a great location. Located equidistant between St Marks square and the Rialto district (10 min walk) with a water bus stop outside if required. Food and service were faultless. Rooms were high standard very clean and very well serviced.

World class, first class impeccable service. The staff here cannot do enough for their guests. This was a truly exceptional experience. The hotel is lovely and stylishly designed by Phillip Starck. Exquisite and interesting interiors. Highest quality amenities, sheets, towels and furniture. The included breakfast is generous a fine dining experience. A beautiful hotel for the perfect stay in Venice. Great location and yet far enough away from the overcrowded Rialto and San Marco Square, which are pleasant short walks away. We selected this hotel to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary and it was exactly the perfect choice in every way. The manager could not not have been better and the same can be said for every staff person. They checked in to make sure everything was to our liking and if we needed anything. Great recommendations for outside dining to sites. They are exceptionally well trained to cater to their clientele. Big kudos to Irene at the desk who was extremely helpful not only during our stay but in the months leading up in answering my multi emails. Also special thanks to Michaela in the restaurant who was so attentive and service oriented for our breakfast. He knew our names from the start and our preferences for breakfast on day two. He added special touches to our already luxury perfect stay. Highly recommend this hotel. Grazie mille!
