We began our trip to Italy with a stop at the amazing Palazzina Grassi hotel in Venice. It's a small, elegant, boutique hotel on the Grand Canal with about 30 rooms. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning usually served by Marco. The food was great, and the cappuccino was outstanding! The service at the hotel was awesome. A special shout out to Eduarto who recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner - Rosa Rossa and the fantastic staff - Rachelle, Max and Danilo. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our every request. I would highly recommend the Palazzina Grassi to anyone visiting Venice.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and the family room with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms was such a treat. All the staff were so attentive and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - one of the best hotels we have been in. A very peaceful location but very close to the main attractions in Venice.

I’m so pleased my wife and I chose to stay at the Palazzina Grassi for our first trip to Venice. Right from arrival our experience has been first class. The reception staff were excellent and so helpful and welcoming, our check-in process couldn’t have been easier, the room is delightful, comfortable and well equipped and the breakfasts are so much better than the average hotel. Finally, the barman who made our cocktails each evening could not have been nicer or done more to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and I would strongly recommend it to anyone coming to Venice.

I found the epitome of elegance in the boutique hotel of Venice, Palazzina Veneziana. Everything was marvellous, from the unique interior design by renowned architect Philippe Starck to the quality of the sheets, the warmth of the staff, and the memorable views of the boats passing by… we made it a tradition to spend at least a night there every year, as should every Italian citizen and newcomer to Italy. Love the place!
