About the Hotel

Located between St. Mark's Square and the landmark Rialto Bridge, this historic hideaway features 165 guestrooms. Clean, Comfortable Hotel Close to Everything
The breakfast was sufficient, and the hotel was spacious and very clean. Its location is excellent, as it is very close to the city center and within walking distance of most attractions. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. After arriving in central Venice, it may be a bit challenging to reach the hotel on foot, but taking a water taxi through the canals adds a unique and enjoyable experience.

Best hotel in Venice
Favorite hotel. Right on a canal with gondolas going by all day. Took water taxi right to hotel dock. Perfect location. Steps from San Marco Piazza and 5 minutes to Rialto Bridge. Very best staff. Sophisticated Old World charm with modern rooms. The best!

Beautiful hotel. Room was just perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was just what we wanted to set us up for the day ahead. Was lovely to sit and watch the gondolas go past the window. Less than 5 mins from Rialto bridge one way and St Marks the other.

Nice hotel but no heating at the end of October
The hotel is in a very good central location, just 3 minutes walk from St. Mark's square. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and polite. What made us feel uncomfortable was the lack of heating. At the end of October the temperature was below 10 degrees at night, but the heating system was not turned on. They brought a fan heater to the room, but it was very noisy, we couldn't sleep because of it, so we turned off. Not only in the rooms, but also in the restaurant and bar it was very cold, people were having breakfast in their coats. There was an american tourist group and they also complained about being cold at night. This is unacceptable from a hotel of this standard for 700 euros per night
