We would highly recommend staying at the Victoria Falls hotel. Although they have begun renovations to update the property I quite enjoyed the period feel to the rooms. The staff was very accommodating and extremely thoughtful. We enjoyed our massages at the spa and if we were to return to that area again, I Would definitely return!

The location, grounds and rooms, and helpfulness of staff was much appreciated, My friend and I are old and have some mobility issues but they turned out to be no problem. Everyone was encouraging— staff and other visitors. We had the cheapest room in the hotel but it was very comfortable and housekeepers made us welcome.

We could not fault our stay at Victoria Falls Hotel. The hotel has kept the traditional flavour which gives one a great understanding of the history of Victoria Falls. It is well located with outstanding views, one can hear the falls throughout the hotel. The staff were exemplary, so friendly and always prepared to be helpful

it was just stunning. the Vic falls hotel is a colonial hotel and thus must been seen as such. if you are looking for a modern safari hotel in Africa, this will not be suitable. if you are looking for a hotel with a great view of the bridge, a colonial flair, great service, good food - then this is for you. we loved it.

Absolutely fabulous. The staff are lovely and very obliging. The rooms are very spacious, elegant and well appointed. I could not fault them. The hotel is in very large grounds and the local wildlife of mongoose and monkeys frolicking provide entertainment. The sunrise from the gardens reflecting in the plume of the falls not to be missed
