The hotel is truly wonderful. Not only is the interior design beautiful and elegant, but the atmosphere is also very comfortable and welcoming. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Whenever we had a request, they responded quickly and kindly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The level of hospitality was exceptional and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. In addition, the food was excellent. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented, and it was clear that great care was taken in both the quality and preparation of the dishes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Best hotel in Vienna. I’m so in love with Anantara Vienna. Perfect location, beautiful architecture, pure perfection in every single detail! Rooms are so clean and so comfortable. Service and staff, like always top class. Last time I was in Vienna I chose Anantara it was in November, and my daughter is a huge matcha lover, and by that time in that hotel, there wasn’t matcha in their breakfast asortyment, so my daughter took that matter into her own hand and she wrote an opinion about how it would help the hotel to stand out to guests. So imagine her surprise when we came back in March and she’s sitting at the breakfast, asking for matcha and the answer was yes! She was so happy! That shows the amazing and detailed quality of service. In conclusion pure luxury in Vienna!

Last week we were in Vienna for 24 hour layover. We have stayed at beautiful Anantara hotel. Only 15 minutes walk to Stephansdom. Newely renovated hotel, spacious rooms. Great breakfast to start the day with lovely Day, Jana and Angelika who wait for you with perfect coffee and excellent recommendations for your food. Hotel is famous for it’s Theo’s tea time in the afternoon where you can have strong te and delicious savoury and sweet bites. If you feel festive there is a glass of Deutz champagne to accompany your tea. In the evening Theo’s bar offers you also a bite to eat and nice glass of wine. Their bar tender is also somm and knows his way around Austrian wines.

Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna – review First and foremost, a huge thank you to one of the outstanding managers, Mr. Vedad Bakovic, whose professionalism and hospitality made our stay even more memorable. This hotel is truly exceptional. We had previously been guests when the property was still operated by Kempinski. Since the takeover by Anantara, the transformation has been remarkable. The changes have dramatically elevated the quality of the hotel, and in my opinion, it is now one of the very best choices in Vienna. It clearly surpasses hotels such as the Park Hyatt Vienna, which is roughly twice the price. Yet at Anantara, the overall standard feels twice as good. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The service is phenomenal from start to finish. The lobby is one of the most beautiful spaces you can see in Vienna. We are familiar with the lobbies at the Park Hyatt, The Ritz-Carlton, and the newly opened Mandarin Oriental, as well as the Rosewood in the city center. However, Anantara stands out among them all. This is a hotel that truly meets every possible expectation. It is very well maintained, the service is outstanding, and the rooms leave nothing to be desired. There is simply nothing to complain about. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful property many more times in the future. Best regards.
