First time to Vienna. The Vienna Plaza upgraded me to a Penthouse Royal Suite from a King Room a couple of days before check in. Good to know that this hotel honors Hilton diamond membership and will upgrade if they have the availability. Clean rooms and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. No complaints. Enjoyable stay.

in a pretty good hotel. The room is very spacious, the room has been renovated. The bathroom has a spectacular tub that can fit a large adult comfortably. It is in a good location, although you have to take transportation anywhere, which is very accessible. The breakfast is good, it is not the best but it is in a good category. At the reception they lend you umbrellas when it rains. There is the possibility of renting bicycles if the weather permits.

Our first visit to Vienna and stayed here for 3 nights. When I booked, I was concerned about location being situated far from center of town. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and it is close proximity to everything. The hotel has been updated but still maintained some of the old charm of being in Vienna. The property is clean, modern, comfortable with well appointed amenities. Housekeeping is superb, front desk staff are friendly and professional and the breakfast staff are friendly, quick and efficient. No complains here and will stay here again when I visit Vienna again. I will also recommend this hotel to friends and family when they visit this beautiful City.

We stayed at the Hilton Plaza in Vienna for 4 nights to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our breakfast every morning was so delicious. There was so much choice. We found everyone to be so helpful with a special thank you to Ricard who was helping us organise our special carriage ride around Vienna. The carriage picked us up at the hotel and it was arranged we would be dropped near to the Danube Cruise which we were doing next. Ricard was able to organise our special anniversary dinner at the famous “Figlmuller Restaurant” for Schnitzel. We are very thankful for all his help and attention to detail. Eddie & Gisella Cabrera.
