Best luxury hotel in Vienna
We stayed for two nights at Hotel Imperial Vienna during a business trip and had the pleasure of staying in the Imperial Suite, which was exceptional in every way. The service was truly outstanding, a perfect 10 out of 10. There were no problems, only solutions. This was especially evident during breakfast, when a guest at a nearby table asked for goat cheese, which unfortunately was not available at the time. The head waiter immediately went to a nearby store and returned with goat cheese specifically for the guest. This level of service was remarkable, genuine, and deeply impressive. We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Hotel Imperial and very much look forward to working with them again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Wonderful breakfast at Hotel Imperial Vienna
What a wonderful breakfast! You can order from the buffet selection, or a la carte, from the menu. We chose the latter (the buffet option was quite expensive), and everything we chose was cooked to perfection. Wonderful coffee, and a superb atmosphere in the dining room. Service was excellent, and all the staff were very knowledgeable about the menu items. Very friendly staff, too. The hotel's lobby is amazing, so well worth a bit of a linger there.
