Visited many years ago so this was a return visit. Just as a good as we remembered lovely staff and nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend if you can afford the raised prices which are a little eye watering on occasions but offset by good service the majority of the time

Elegant stay
Beautiful hotel excellent service The sacher hotel is a treat to stay at very classy elegant with beautiful rooms and service the breakfast served at the hotel is delicious. The restaurant variety and quality has to improve a little more for lunch apart from that the entire team of sacher is amazing from the doorman to the concierge we had a an excellent stay. Even though it’s classy elegant hotel they still make children feel comfortable and special !

The Sacher Wien far exceeded my hopes and expectations. Accommodations were beautiful. Service was amazing. Staff was perfect and so helpful. Location is ideal. I want to go back to Vienna just to stay at the hotel.

The perfect hotel to experience Vienna
The location, the history and the people made the experience exceptional. We were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary and Gemsa made it incredible. She googled an old picture of Margaret and myself had it framed in the room when we arrived. She also engraved a locket for our anniversary that we still have with us. When we returned to this wonderful city, we will definitely stay in this hotel and we will try to get the same room which has a terrace that just has incredible views over the city

A Wonderful Stay At The Most Beautiful Hotel Sacher
The Sacher is one of the most beautiful hotels we've ever stayed in. Our suite (717) was the perfect size, with a very large balcony and wonderful views. All of the restaurants and lobby, as well as the lifts, are beautifully decorated in different colors providing different moods, with lots of photos telling stories from the past. The service is just perfect, without over doing it, or undergoing it! Another nice touch is the tablet in room that we can use to order everything from ice, to room service and shopping for sweets and chocolates from the hotel shop. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there, and many special touches from chocolates and small gifts made it the more memorable. We will definitely stay again when we go back to Vienna.
