Great place
The hotel is in a great location. All the postives in other reviews are true. Breakfast is an excellent buffet- a bit of pretty much everything you would want. The coffee is really good. Their weinerschnitzel and potato salad are to die for. The staff is great. Although instant coffee is available in your room, ou can also order specialty coffees like espresso in your room anytime. The bathroom has the ubiquitous rain water shower which I hate, but they also have a decent hand held wand that works well as a shower head and the Dyson hair dryer is excellent. Just as an aside, Ulrich restaurant up the street has a really good tuna ceviche. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Great breakfast and staff!
Absolutely gorgeous hotel with a perfect location for museum lovers—just a super short walk to several top museums. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the heart of Old Town, which was a nice way to explore the area each day. The hotel itself was beautiful and spotless, and the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming to all guests—whether visiting for business, leisure, or the F1 race. Breakfast was a highlight! It was included with the stay and offered both a fresh, made-to-order option and a full buffet. I usually went with an omelet, fresh fruit, and a cappuccino—everything was delicious and a great way to start the day. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had amazing air conditioning, which was a huge plus. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay again.

Recommendation to stay at this hotel for everybody who has got high expectations of luxurious accomodation and dining.
We liked our 2 night stay very much, comfortable room, delicious lunch in Veranda restaurant with its professional and friendly staff and possibility to have a morning swim in a nice hotel pool. Thanks for such a pleasant experience in Vienna.

Fabulous hotel
Fabulous hotel. Recent refurbishment, very stylish. Cleverly mixed old and new to give a classy relaxed ambiance. Great breakfasts and dinner. Stand out was the staff, especially Sabina on reception who couldn’t have done more. Good location in museum quarter, easily walkable to centre plus tram and underground stop very accessible. Didn’t want to leave and will definitely go back for business or leisure.

Lovely base for exploring Vienna
Beautiful room, immaculate in every way. Air con was really quiet and efficient. Sound insulation was very good, even though we were facing the street. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to Museum Quarter. Metro station opposite and tram stop close by. Wonderful selection at breakfast, and the restaurant menu was very interesting.
