Hotel Sans Souci Vienna

Our stay at the San Souci hotel was sublime—we booked two luxury extended rooms for our family of four and they were next to each other which made it convenient, The service was impressive in this hotel from the front desk to those kindly helping at breakfast. The breakfast was delectable and included in our room rate allowing one to order off the menu and partake of the ample buffet (delicious salads, fresh fruit, pastries, and cold fish and meats). The coffee was so good as well. The rooms were spacious with beautiful modern decor, beds that slept so well, and huge showers. We loved the balconies as well. The location of this hotel can’t be beat—walking distance to the major museums, tram line, bus line, and two underground lines. We easily were able to get here using public transit from the airport along to Westbahnhof to a train ride to Salzburg. This would be our spot of choice for return trips to Wien.

This is a real 5*hotel and I only have praise for it. From the moment you enter to the time you leave all of the staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, close to the train but also walkable to all of the attractions. We had a newly refurbished room on the 5th floor and it was fabulous. The bed, pillows and linen were excellent and the spacious bath, shower and balcony area were very welcome. Lovely coffee service to the room. The spa and pool are also great. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and a great start to the day Throughout our stay the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff go the extra mile to make it more special - hats off to you all I would completely recommend the hotel and we would love to return 😁

Yearly tradition begins here! Sans Souci is the place where service and luxury shines. And it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond exceptional warm, professional, and attentive throughout. A special thank you to Antonio, who greeted us warmly on arrival and set the tone for our stay. Jennifer (customer relations at the restaurant) provided fantastic service with a personal touch, and Imran from the restaurant impressed us with his professionalism and care. The reception team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring every detail was perfect. A special mention also goes to Elizabeth, Director of Sales and Marketing, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. The food was absolutely outstanding 10/10 in taste, presentation, and quality. I’m already looking forward to returning annually. Thank you for making this such a memorable and special stay. Super friendly staff and a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The breakfasts were delicious also. We stayed in a delux room and the bathroom and shower was so large.

The hotel was very clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful. The free coffees were particularly good although there was a little confusion over ordering to our rooms and times but nothing to spoil our stay. Great location. In particular we would mention Sarah on the front desk who made us feel very welcome and gave us great ideas of things to do when in Vienna. She always was smiling and nothing was too much bother. Also our daughter’s room was amazing we definitely had room envy. We enjoyed sitting in their library as a family and playing cards ( they do have a selection of card games and chess for guests to use). The pool and spar looked lovely but didn’t get chance to use them. The hotel ordered us a taxi for the airport and really nothing was too much for them. Definitely recommend this hotel
