Hotel Sans Souci Vienna

Fantastic experience. Calm, beautiful hotel. Fabulous customer experience. I had a LOT of questions about restaurants and other things, and the staff were incredibly patient and truly helpful. The bar area is so pretty and super quiet--great for morning coffee or an evening drink. Morning coffee. You can get it in the dining area (also lovely) or order it for your room. I had it in the dining area each day, and the staff were super quick to bring it. Location. There's a little supermarket right next door. We went on to Prague (and a pricier hotel) after Vienna, and I kept comparing our hotel there to Sans Souci. Staying at Sans Souci elevated our entire experience in Vienna--I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.

Lovely hotel in the perfect central location. Great staff with amazing breakfast. We were cycling and able to store our bikes and bike boxes in the secure underground garage. Cycle paths throughout the city for easy access to the Danube and countryside. Hotel team were all incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Room was large, with plenty of storage. Would certainly stay there again

My husband and I loved this hotel. The service was outstanding. From the front desk to the waitress’s and waiters in the restaurant, everyone was so kind and helpful. The decor was exquisite. We enjoyed our stay here.

I stayed here with my mum and mother-in-law in June. We thought it was an absolutely lovely hotel, very intimate, very clean, and in a really really good location. I was slightly disappointed in the food. I’m vegan, and I thought that the menu was not very accommodating at all. I know that it is hard to be vegan in Austria, and I did struggle everywhere, but I did feel that the hotel advertises themselves as a boutique Luxury Hotel, and with in 2025 comes plant-based food! I did try the leak skewer one night, but they were absolutely awful :/. There was a vegan bakery five minutes walk from the hotel, which saved me on numerous occasions! The champagne tasting was an absolute highlight! Definitely recommend. And the staff in the restaurant and all absolutely lovely.

We arrived and are currently staying in hotel. You are given ONE bottle of complimentary water and offered a welcome drink upon arrival~a glass of water. We are staying in a superior room which is the most drab basic room with only a photo of a hundred dollar bill of Benjamin Franklin?? Very poor lighting and a lamp that doesn't work. The room is 440 euros which is not worth it.
