Palais Hansen Kempinski Vienna

On Easter Sunday I was invited to Brunch at your hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised with the very professional and kind approach of the staff at Brasserie Sophie. I would like to personally thank Mrs. Katrin, Jana, Monika and Mr. Karim, Iskender, Moises and the cook Matias and the head chef Pierre who prepared the fresh pancakes and for their kind attention to my daughter during their work. I really liked the prepared dishes and they were also aesthetically arranged. We had an unforgettable experience.

Fenomenalt hotell. Fina rymliga med utsiktt och med all den service man förväntar sig av ett hotell av den här kalibern. Det som utmärker ett hotell av den här kalibern är förutom all hårdvara, är människorna (personalen) bakom, dvs mjukvaran. Speciellt Lindsey på Brasserie Sophie som gjorde våra frukostar och vår påsk brunch så speciella! Hennes leenden, servicemind och den service hon gav oss var något alldeles extra!

The hotel is very nice and the room was lovely. The bed was really large and comfortable. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming. The housekeeping was a bit hit and miss - minibar not replenished, cups and flannels removed but not replaced. Expensive, but good value for what you get. The location is great - 10 minutes walk from the town centre and airport bus stop, close to U bahn and tram stops.

Hôtel recentemente ristrutturato elegante e confortevole. Camere molto ampie, ben arredate e pulitissime. Personale gentilissimo. Un’esperienza a 5 stelle in ogni aspetto. Colazione abbondante varia e di ottima qualità. Ho partecipato ad un evento e lo consiglierei per meeting aziendali.

It was a wonderful stay, a great and sensational ambience, great service, very nice staff. It was really wonderful and absolutely fantastic. The hotel impresses with a high quality standard, really cozy ambience, many activities such as a SPA, indoor pool, gym, etc.
