Park Hyatt Vienna

The Park Hyatt is beyond nice. The breakfast is to die for. Being centrally located in the main area of town is such a plus. Loved the Christmas Markets located all around our hotel. Access to the Spa is such a plus. Really enjoyed the pool and the sauna areas. A great way to end our trip to Europe.

All Park Hyatts are good, but not all are great. Park Hyatt Vienna is great. The location is ideal, breakfast is excellent and the staff are almost uniformly great. The concierge team, Stefano and Gabor, were particularly helpful. My only negative was an incorrect charge, which was annoying but was resolved fairly quickly. My four days were largely restful and perfect, so that trumps the one hour when I felt like I was treated as a common criminal. Thanks also to management for a lovely Christmas party with a choir (fortunately, they start celebrating early in Vienna).

Amazing hotel in excellent location with true 5-star services provided throughout. Was hoping for an upgrade to a suite (not available) but was still upgraded to a very large room with very high ceilings that made us feel like we got a better deal. Greek marble, brass, mother-of-pear, etc. - the original decadence from the bank building has been well persevered and re-presented in a very stylish and classic way for a Viennese hotel of the highest level. Location is right in the middle of the city, short walks to anywhere you want to go, and in the middle of Christmas market festive atmosphere. Breakfast was exceptionally good - I would first recommend the simple dishes on the menu like the chives on toast along with the scrambled eggs with truffles. The salted butter chives toast is perhaps the *best* thing that I every tasted at a hotel for breakfast. I may even come back just for that. The level of services are also what you would expect from the Park Hyatt, very warm and helpful check-in procedure and introduction to the hotel. I have been to a couple of other luxury hotels in the center of the city for work, but the level of personalized service and quality really sets aside the Park Hyatt Vienna from others.

The Park Hyatt Vienna is one of the best hotels in the city. Every employee makes you feel welcome. The facilities and the guest rooms are beautifully appointed and very clean.

We decided to stay at PH Vienna for a few nights after hearing our friends rave about the property. While we were not overly impressed as they were, we still really enjoyed our stay in this centrally located property. We were upgraded to a suite due to my globalist status and buffet breakfast was complimentary. The breakfast experience was great. My wife truly love the truffle omelet option and had that daily. I think the breakfast itself is worth the stay. The suite itself is fairly similar to the one we stayed at in PH Milan. Nothing to write home about. But the spa, fitness center, and pool were truly a great place to spend the day. Instead of visiting the city, I spend a good amount of time just pampering in their spa and fitness center. The area is also great for a morning run, while the city is still fast asleep. The service at the front desk and concierge were up to par with other PH in Europe, nothing outstanding. But the lady that served us every morning at breakfast was wonderful. She’s always very cheery and just helps give us a great vibe every morning. It’s regretful that I didn’t get her name but she is the only black lady server there. All in all, it was a great stay and we will be back again.
