Top notch hotel that was formally a bank. Great location and can walk out the front door and just steps to the main shopping streets. The dining area and open kitchens are stunning and the breakfast spread is absolutely lavish with many choices and with the ability to also order off the menu. Nice spa area with steam, sauna, and indoor swimming pool. The staff is friendly, well trained, and eager to please. Highly recommend.

My son had stayed here and he loved it so we decided to stay here. It was everything we imagined. The minute you walk into the lobby you're mesmerized. This hotel is so eloquent-it used to be a bank building and the restaurant was where the tellers were so the architecture is exquisite. Great location, beautiful lobby, the restaurant is the most beautiful room/bar I've ever seen. We had globalist upgrade to the park suite which was lovely. Separate bedroom, huge walk in closet and huge bathroom. Hotel was in the fancy area by all the designer stores and walkable to everything-St. Stephen's Cathedral, Albert Museum, Opera House. the park, restaurants, shopping etc. Eat or have a drink on the terrace at Brasserie Palmenhaus on the park next to Sisi's palace. The employees were lovely-front desk, concierge, valet, waiters etc. The concierge found me a ticket to the opera which was sold out and made dinner reservation for after the opera. Sadly we didn't make it to the exhibit at the Albert or Schonnonbrun Palace but we'll be back.

We brought our adult children on this trip. It’s our 5th time to stay here & it always exceeds our expectations. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. Best breakfast buffet in Europe. Friendly & courteous staff. I highly recommend.

The good: -gorgeous property, well situated within walking distance of so many historic sites -staff (especially the concierges) were excellent and super helpful -beautiful location in old town. Literally surrounded by historic beauty. -restaurant was delicious (we went for breakfast and dinner; they serve excellent coffee) -the suite we stayed in was huge and well appointed -like the Le Labo toiletries too Could be improved: -the mattress! Wildly uncomfortable, to the point that both my husband and I were sore in the morning -the light and window control panel system has motion sensors which meant if someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, it turned on certain lights in the living room area. Our daughter was sleeping out there so that woke her up until we tape a washcloth over the sensor. Would be helpful to have a written explanation of how to use the system to avoid that. -the pool looked fabulous and our 10 year old was amped to use it in the evening but it’s not open to children in the evening unfortunately Overall, really loved most of the hotel but I implore the Park Hyatt to investigate different mattresses (as we’d love to come back again!)

This is the best Hyatt property I've ever stayed at compared to Park hyatt Milan, London, Zurich etc. When I arrived and got out of the taxi, the bellhop already knew who I was/my last name without ever seeing my face. He said he was expecting me the whole day, I was shocked since that only usually happens the day after I check in when the staff/team runs a morning huddle and staff members calls me by name when I enter into lounges/breakfast so I was shocked when he knew my name before I even checked in. They even prepared pillows for my child to sleep on while I was checking in since she was deep asleep from the long flight. I also emailed the concierge just 1 day before my arrival about having child bath products in the room and he overdelivered with a child night light and water bottle in addition to the child safe bath products! Then the next day a manager came to check in on us to make sure my room is working well and all my needs are met which of course they were.
