What to say when the whole experience has nothing to point less but excells the prior memory experience 10 years before? Incredible central location, care, detail, staff, beds, pillows, toilet, cleaning, comfort and… food. Food from breakfast to lunch and dinner was remarkable. They did whatever to please and excell: the pouched eggs, the sourdough bread toast with avocado, the macha latte with coconut milk and the whole breakfast offer will stay as a memorable highlight of my stay. Impecable table service. You deserve your 5 stars. 🔝 As for detail: a simple key room

I had issues with the hotel before ,during and after my stay. 1. I made my booking in September 2025 so few days after, I contacted concierge to help me to book a ball Vienna ticket for January 2026. (These tickets are sold out online fast so I needed help with it). I didn't receive any response. In January,tickets were sold out so I had to call the hotel to help me to book it paying extra commision for it. (I found concierge rude and prepotent on the phone and he didn't apologize for the issue). This issue, created me a lot of distress as I was coming from abroad, mainly to attend the ball, ball was in few days and I didn't have any ticket 2. I also tried to book a hairdresser appointment and no communication. (I thought to cancel the hotel booking as communication with hotel was really bad but I decided to give it a try). 3. I found a stain in my bedsheets.It is unacceptable for the category of the hotel. 4. My room didn't have a long mirror so it was very hard to get dressed for the ball and I was late for it. (Even in 3-4* hotels, you find a long mirror). Ball guests in any hotel in Vienna, are allowed for complimentary late check out as ball ends at 5am). **Last day, I spoke with hotel general manager, Mr Bastian about all the issues. He agreed to reduce commision of my 2nd ball ticket , complimentary airport transfer + 25000 points. (He promised points will be added to my account after my stay). Well, it's been more than 1 week now and hotel general manager doesn't respond to my email. It is more, front desk team sent me some emails saying that they don't know about these point's arrangement. This experience is really frustrating and it created me distress. (I saw another guest's review online who had similar experience like me, was promised a refund and then, manager didn't keep his word). As a Hyatt member, I feel quite frustrated and upset about the service received before, during and after my stay. Other guests in other reviews say that hotel is better to see it from the outside. Inside ,the thing changes dramatically. Hotel service doesn't match its category. You can find a better service in a 4* hotel. Think twice to stay in the hotel and choose one with better service-communication and who really respects guests.
