Amazing experience
These guys are just the best. They truly take Ritz brand to heart and go above and beyond. I stayed at the imperial palace too and hated the experience there. From rooms to the staff. At ritz everyone from bar staff to front desk are friendly and great

I can’t describe my experience I have never felt the same in any other hotel the service ,the food, the staff, the room and all the other amenities are amazing 🤩. The pool is heated and indoor. The normal rooms are super big. I have not come across a rude staff. The morning breakfast is wonderful the staff is so helpful and the food is so delicious. I would suggest the organic egg but make it scrambled and the hot chocolate and turkey sausage

Rooftop Bar disappointing - not of Ritz quality
The rooftop views are nice... but the design of the space is more of a 2* hotel quality. Very disappointing and unexpected at a Ritz ! The hotel's groundfloor Bar - next to steak restaurant & with some outdoor seats facing the beautiful Ringstrasse - is lovely and has a great staff. Outdoor seats need back cushions for a bit more comfort.

Made me angry
We are from Vienna and on a very warm morning we decided to go for breakfast somewhere in the inner city. I have had many outstanding breakfasts in Ritz-Carltons all around the USA and as we saw that the restaurant was nearly empty - it was around 9.30 in the morning - we decided to give it a try. To our surprise the waiter said that there is no free table (I have to say that I was dressed in cargo shorts and a polo shirt). Just for fun after we went outside I did call the restaurant and asked for a table and of course they had one. Instead of going back in and looking for a bit of embarrassment we went to the Hyatt and had a wonderful breakfast with great service!
