Unsurpassed Service for our Group of 14: A Home Away from Home
We recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna in early February with a large group of 14 people. Our experience was absolutely flawless from start to finish. Managing a group of this size requires patience and professionalism, and the team here exceeded all expectations. We want to express our sincere gratitude to the specific individuals who made our stay so special: Reservations: A huge thank you to Melissa and her colleagues. Their prompt and super professional approach in handling our group booking and last-minute adjustments was impressive. Front Desk: We were warmly welcomed by David, Katerina, and the entire team. Their service was seamless and incredibly attentive. Concierge: Special thanks to Oliver for his expert assistance and recommendations. Atmosphere: We must mention the wonderful Norman, who has a unique gift of making guests feel as if they are being hosted in his own private home rather than a hotel. Dining: The service at the restaurant was impeccable during both breakfast and dinner. Davide and Anastasia looked after our group with such care. Thank you for providing us with such unsurpassed service. We will definitely be back!

Great Hotel in Great Location
Excellent Hotel. Friendly, helpful, efficient. Comfortable beds, immaculate bathroom and delicious breakfast. Nespresso machine in room plus good selection of Twining Teas. Great location within an easy 20 - 25 minute walk of main sights. Hapsburg Palace, Spanish Horses, Cathedral, Main Museums/Art Galleries. Reception staff friendly and "relaxed" on arrival. Door-man friendly and helpful. Concierge friendly, helpful and very happy to help. We were there for 4 nights and staff used our names frequently. Thoroughly recommend.

A great Experience.
This is a beautiful hotel with top notch service. Our room was spectacular-- spacious and very comfortable. The pool and sauna were terrific. We had access to the lounge which was phenomenal. Location was perfect.

I would especially like to mention Norman — an extremely polite, warm-hearted, and genuinely decent person, as well as a true professional in his field. People like Norman make this hotel feel special and memorable. Highly recommended.
