Α true 5 star hotel ,from the time you enter ,to when check out ... Exceptional warm personel,feeling at home ,whenever meet them .. Special thanks for the excellent handling of all our needs, to Katerina at the reception desk ! Very big room ,comfortable beds and a wonderful marble bathroom with all the amenities and a high pressure separate shower.. Breakfast with everything one could imagine, and the location, close to all places of interest. Let's do not forget the very relaxing atmosphere, in the D bar ,and dining places. Best hotel stayed ..

Was amazing magical stay and managed to see show at the lobby! Great service and our language was easy to speak with very kind and caring employee Karina. She helped us to learn about the area, city and sent us always attention. Great breakfast and loved the drinks at the bar!

Karina & Katerina were absolutely beyond 5* exceptional in customer service. Unimaginable customer service and a one of a kind “ Best Practice “. World 🌎 class standards. 👏🏻👏🏽👏🏿 Room service was very nice. Tipped every time . My son got very sick on the airplane ✈️ so we mostly ordered room service to separate germs. They were 5*. Housekeeping was exceptional 5* and we tipped most days when we caught them because they were extremely accommodating. We went to the roof top little warm & toasty camper luxury individual bars. The city views are amazing. The staff 5* on the rooftop. The Doormen were truly like your own personal butler’s. 5.*. There are steps inside the lobby but rails and Doormen always helped with luggage 🧳 up/down. The culture of “ Ladies and Gentleman serving Ladies and Gentleman “ is always my experience at The Ritz. Best culture in any hotel chain.

Disappointing for a Ritz-Carlton -- probably more like a Hilton or Marriott. The room was oddly configured and faced an interior courtyard, received very little light and the closets were hard to see with the overhead light, literally needed my flashlight. Service overall was fair. Buffet breakfast outstanding. The hotel was well located. I didn't dislike the hotel but considering the room rate it was a poor value and I will not stay there again.
