Representatives of our company in Middle Asia stayed a couple of days in this beautiful hotel in January 2024. Until now and despite many attempts of our European representative, the hotel kept a 300 EUR deposit. They had kept it at departure because of an alledged system failure. Our people did not have time at checkout to wait repair or workarround for the cash handed back. We were promised a bank transfer and have enough evidence for this, but our enquiries so far went nowhere. Be sure you and your PA have some extra time and nerves should you decide to check into this hotel.

Excellent hotel of course. Lovely building and layout and very nice reception area. The room was great , not the best. However the overall experience in this hotel was great. I was gutted that the rooftop bar was not open. However the other bar was lovely and the staff their very friendly. I also loved the Italian Mitchelin rated restaurant. It really was one of the best meals we ever had and we cannot rate this place enough.

Excellent hotel! Great and very friendly staff! Great and new rooms and facilities. Very good bar and restaurant. I would like to compliment all the breakfast staff, especially Anastasia, who was extremely kind. The only negative point is the service provided by Mr. Jesus, at the front desk. Unreceptive, unfriendly. Does not match the hotel's standard.

This hotel is just beautiful. The staff is very warm and professional (not snobby). Jesus at check in was wonderful and very inviting. check-in was a breeze (also helps to pre-check in with Bonvoy app). The bed was divine, the walk in closet with drawers and extra space for our luggage was divine. The bathroom is large with plenty of counter space and shelves to hold our toiletry cases/make-up bags. The building itself is very beautiful so take the time to walk up/down the stairs to your room to see it all. We purchased a package the was pre-paid and included breakfast. The breakfast has a wonderful cold buffet and you may order hot items off the menu as well. I loved the "Ritz Spritz" drink in the bar.

We've stayed in many Ritz Carltons around the world and I feel compelled to write a rare RC review (last one was in 2022 for RC Al Wadi UAE). RC Vienna is top notch, because of its staff - from when you get out of the car, where they greet you immediately with your name, to the front-desk (Jesus and his staff) who made you feel immediately at home. Breakfast quality and ala carte selection were epic. Congrats to the RC Vienna team (front door, desk, kitchen) who work tirelessly to exceed the Ritz Carlton service quality bar. I wish we stayed longer!
