Absolutely delightful hotel with the best location, helpful & friendly staff, fabulous breakfast, tasteful furnishings & very comfortable beds. My only worry was the shower over the bath. If you are concerned about accessibility of bathrooms, check first if your room is ok. Otherwise, I 100% recommend this lovely hotel.

I was back in Vilnius, this time with my family, and of course my first choice was Hotel Natutis to stay. And again, it was a perfect choice. My mother liked the atmosphere of the Narutis hotel right in the middle of the old town a lot. Hotel Narutis in Vilnius is a Perfect place to stay in the capital Lithuania.

We mistakenly booked for the wrong dates and turned up to Hotel Apia as per the booking. We called in distress. The staff especially Oraurelia and Alexesandras were beyond outstanding. Their care, helpfulness and attentiveness went really far! Parking can be a large issue as spaces are not always available and it can be difficult to find the parking. There is a barrier that you need to call them to get it opened (enter and exit) so if you don’t have a local sim, it can be difficult. The hotel I beautiful beyond words and the rooms are all different themes and super cute and quaint. The rooms do get very hot during the evening. Location is perfectly located.

Location is great. Room 512 was beautiful,clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect i think for all tastes :) The biggest disapointment was SPA area. The all place was cold...even jakuzzi :( Didn't relax at all. You should say before to turn on sauna.

It's a very good choice in the center of everything, and good value because Vilnius is generally not expensive. Staff was hit and miss. Some were great, friendly and helpful. Others were just helpful, or just ok. Breakfast was perfect, and the room was pretty good - well equipped but not too big, and aircon never really worked. Lucky we could just open the windows as the heat wave didn't find its way to Lithuania. So recommended, but not ecstatically. Except for breakfast, which was really super.
