Views are breathtaking. Staff tries hard but they are understaffed badly. 20 minute wait each morning for food when there were 15 tables wide open

This property is fantastic! The staff is very attentive. The property is stunning and easy to navigate.

Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of phenomenal! The hotel staff is friendly, personable, and genuinely seems to be happy you are there. The hotel even SMELLS amazing! (Green Tea & Orchid scent - I boughT some from the shop!) Do NOT miss the Outrigger canoes! One of the complimentary options at the hotel, the crew manning these boats are fun, friendly, and awesome! Paul & Sula especially! From the amazing scenery, to the history of the islands, to the sea turtles, to exercise - the outriggers were one of our trip highlights - and that's saying something! Also not to miss - the adult pool. The infinity pool and few is gorgeous! We have the wonderful fortune to have traveled extensively and stayed in some amazing hotels. the Four Seasons sets a new standard for, well, everything! It doesn't hurt that Maui offers a slice of heaven all on its own, but the hotel team truly

By far my most enjoyable stay in Maui. What an amazing property! I don’t know what they do to that bed, but I couldn’t stay awake loneg thst 3 minutes when I laid down on that bed- and I have never slept more soundly. The staff is friendly and personable. The morning buffet at DUO is incredible and has a ton of fresh local and asian options, as well as chef made daily specials. I had a blue cheese encrusted New York Strip steak (also at DUO) at dinner that curled my toes, it was so good.

I have stayed at the FSM almost every year for over 20 years. I must say that the property now is resting on it's laurels and past reputation. I found our room and the common areas very dirty and unkempt. The Lobby Lounge and chairs were soiled and there were food stains on chairs throughout the property including DUO. The corners of our room were dusty and dirty and the tables had food stains on them. When Jean Claude Wietzel was the Resort Manager no detail was overlooked. Every part of the property was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Unfortunately he is now in Paris.
