We had a perfect stay in Hotel Bristol. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the bellman had our luggage in our room with no wait. We had the pleasure of trying both the room service and the spa, with a treatment. The room service arrived promptly, tasty and nicely presented. The spa has a nice pool and the staff is professional and knowledgeable. The hotel offers a la carte and buffet breakfast which was very good in a beautiful space. The rooms are big and spacious and perfectly clean. One of our highlights were the very knowledgeable and excellent concierge. It was our first time in Warsaw and arrived without any reservations or plans, however, the concierge made our visit to the city amazing. We got reservations in great restaurants and both history lessons and recommendations from him. I believe his name is Stanislaw, older gentleman, was a 5-star member of staff. We would absolutely return to Hotel Bristol and recommend it to all our friends.

Very upscale hotel in a terrific location about a 5 minute walk to Old Town. The Presidential Palace is almost next door! Beautiful decor, well appointed rooms and nice public spaces. The concierge was super helpful. Really nice buffet breakfast in the morning. Very well regarded hotel with lots of dignitaries who have stayed there. Definitely would return. Highly recommend.

This is probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. We had an incredible three days here. The location is perfect. The staff - everyone from the check in persons to the breakfast room staff to the bar staff - were incredibly kind and so professional. The breakfast was superb. I'm a platinum member so we chose to get the daily breakfast and it was the perfect way to start the day. Rooms were beautiful. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Amazing hotel, staff excellent, room super, near old town and great gin bar serving almost every cocktail you can imagine, next door a cafe good with yummy cakes also, had a great spa with a deep massage and full use of steam room, sauna and a lovely clean pool, very positive 3 night stay, would highly recommend.

I have booked this hotel for my parents. Long story short they were not easy guests to deal with. Dad had a surgery recently and they had to get through a whole country to get to the capital for a doctor appointment. Firstly I got in touch with Mrs Dominika whos guest relation manager, following up with Mrs Anna - the reservation manager. I have everything sorted in 30 min by those two superwomans! I could let my parents go and be calm that they will have an amazing time. The taxi driver had to drop the beside the hotel, dad is still on the crutches, the concierge spotted them walking by and run to help with the bags. The check in was very easy and the room was ready by check in time. They had the best nap in theirs lives. Later that day I surprised them and also had to stay in that amazing place! In the morning we had a wonderful coffee and breakfast! My explanation for 5 star hotels was: its a place where work magic elves to make sure you are walking on magic carpet and eat delicious food all day but you are dreaming all the time. The Bristol hotel is a definitely a place where work only Elves! those magic ones to make sure your stay its going be more then expectional.
