When we were first shown our room, we were horrified! There was a high window which wouldn't allow anyone to look out, the lighting was non existent with no bedside reading light. The room itself was dark and dreary and due to the dormer ceiling, one is likely to bang one's head. We complained to reception who were unable or unwilling to change our room until we contacted our travel agent. Our new room was much improved, although the bath tub shower was difficult to step into and was not senior friendly. The grab bar in the shower / bathtub came loose and we reported it to reception twice. nothing was ever done except for an offer to move to another room. We are not fans of carpets in hotel rooms as we feel they are somewhat unhygienic. When we left each morning, we straightened our beds as is our habit. We we got back to our room, the beds were not touched and were as we had left them. It was not all bad. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. It was a great location, close to the Old Town. The breakfast buffet was set up in the lobby, and could be cramped. There was a lovely courtyard outside with tables and this is where we chose to eat. It was an excellent buffet with many choices. We would stay here again, but we would have to be sure regarding our room type.

It’s a beautiful hotel right on the edge of old town. The hotel is nice from outside in. We arrived 2:45p, check in “isn’t until 3pm” and sure enough, room wasn’t ready but “should be ready in 15min”…. And it was. At 3:01 young girl at desk announced, “your room is ready.” There were actually housekeeping staff on our floor when we got to room so it’s possibly true, coincidentally. Anyway, the room is nice, nicely laid out. Great location, just off the corner from street walked to old town. The street is loaded with cute stores and restaurants. The center of old town is about a 7 min walk, depending on your pace. Our room had breakfast included, which is buffet of course. They have a nice selection of breakfast foods, and some things that might be unfamiliar for breakfast, depending on your morning meal routine. They do a good job keeping the area supplied with fresh hot, or cold, food items. The area with tables is small, and they have overflow set up in lobby (where buffet is set up) with tables available with the sofas. They also have a quaint courtyard area outside with tables, where we always chose to go each morning. I would stay here again. Staff is friendly, greeted us as we passed. I’d be happy to stay here again

⸻ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect. The best part of the experience was the staff – they were absolutely amazing! kind, attentive, and great mannered. The rooms are beautifully designed in an elegant, classic style, which added a special charm to the stay. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the spa was also excellent very relaxing and nice after long day of exploring Warsaw. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel with lovely decorated lobby. Rooms are spotlesly clean and staff is super helpful. You need to try breakfast and their oysters at weekends. One thing is that maybe you need to check wifi connection because sometimes it was a bit choppy.

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend, and we really liked it. The hotel is conveniently located, with the old town within walking distance. The reception staff were friendly and provided us with a city map with important locations marked.
