Awesome Stay in DC
I came to DC with family (including 2.5 year old daughter) for a wedding. AKA White House was the perfect place to stay. The apartment was incredibly spacious and having a kitchen and laundry was wonderful (huge plus when traveling with kids!). The hotel was also very quiet, letting my daughter rest during her daytime nap and all of us at night! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The location is also great. I felt very safe and lots of fun adventure were within walking distance. I am not sure how they are able to charge such affordable prices but I am not complaining!! I will definitely be back and try to stay at AKA locations whenever possible.

Great hotel- full marks
This hotel was in a very good location- a short walk to the White House with all its interesting activity. The staff were very kind and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The foyer lounge and bar area was perfect for an end of day drink overlooking the street. . We had a two bed apartment which was great value for money- it had everything we could possible need and even a laundry! To be able to easily wash clothes while travelling is a real bonus. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks AKA for a wonderful stay

Excellent and well equipped apartments!
Rooms were very clean and the amenities were excellent. Staff were friendly and provide you with tokens for a free drink at the bar at the start of your stay. The location is convenient and has some great restaurants and bars nearby. Would definitely recommend!

5 night stay to Visit Washington DC
Excellent Accomodation, giving you far more space that a traditional hotel, especially when up early with Jet lag. Location is excellent for a tourist and very central. We walked everywhere and didn’t need the metro. We used Panera next door for breakfast, and they opened at 6am, again great if you up early with Jet lag. Everyone at Aka was helpful, and we used the transfer service which worked very well and took the hassle out of transfers from and to Dulles. The only warning is that the kitchen isn’t equipped for real cooking, but helps with eating food bought in, or preparing sandwiches, or heating a pizza etc. We expected this from other reviews, having the facility is much better than a normal hotel room. We Would certainly use again and recommend to friends without a doubt. Thanks for a great stay.

AKA White House
Our first time in Washinton DC. AKA White House was a wonderful experience. The staff is helpful, friendly and courteous. It is located close to the Metro, the White House and the Capital Mall. There are plenty of places to eat near by. I would 100% stay here again!
