Great place to stay, especially for families that need extra space.
Great location, price and space. Staff was very friendly. Close to White House. Had 2 bdrm 2 bath. Was perfect for the family. No restaurant but that didn’t bother us. Beds were comfortable. It was clean. It was pretty quiet, which we enjoyed. The A/C worked great!

Excellent location and fantastic service
Excellent stay in DC @ AKA. Fantastic service throughout our stay and a great location. It is a great base to explore Washington and the apartments are very spacious and have a great layout. The apartment was also extremely clean and well equipped for our stay.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Washington, DC. The room was perfect, the hotel was quiet, and the staff was truly welcoming. A special mention also to Stephen, who was very understanding, attentive, and close to his guests. Thank you very much to all of you. We leave with many pleasant memories and would not hesitate to return to this AKA Hotel in the future.

Great stay at an excellent location
The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. It had all the amenities that a home would have. The location was excellent. Just 200 metres away from the White House and hardly a kilometre away from most museums and other attractions. The staff were polite and courteous. Umbrellas are provided for use when it’s raining. We had a very comfortable stay and would strongly recommend this apart hotel to all.

It was a perfect for our family. We enjoyed the convenience of its location, the 2 bedroom, 2 bath spacious clean apartments for a reasonable cost. Highly recommend
