Booked a standard room and was upgraded to a Sakura room with two queen beds, then further upgraded to the Capital Suite with panoramic city views. The suite was spacious and beautifully designed. Staff recognized my birthday with a welcome cake. The Executive Lounge offered rotating breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, plus a fully stocked fridge with drinks, snacks, and ice cream available 24/7. Excellent location near museums, the White House, and the Capitol.

We had an exceptional stay at the Conrad over Memorial Day weekend. I let the hotel know that we were not only celebrating a wedding anniversary, but also the conclusion of some daunting medical procedures. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and celebrated - from a beautiful piece of cake to balloons and a very special gift box of comfort items - all with lovely handwritten notes attached. This was in addition to the generally exceptional hospitality shown by the entire staff. We had selected a corner room and it was beautiful and very comfortable. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast every morning. Of particular note is the extent to which the concierge(s) and hotel in general communicate both before and during your stay. We received multiple texts during our stay regarding valet drive closures and busy times at the restaurant. It was a fantastic stay and I would say that if you value service, you will truly appreciate your time at the Conrad.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Conrad in Washington, DC—not just because of the beautiful rooms and fantastic location, but because of the incredible staff who went above and beyond when we hit a serious travel hiccup. Long story short: we lost our passports (yep, both of them), and what could have been a total nightmare turned into a manageable, even comforting experience thanks to the amazing team at the Conrad. From the moment we realized they were missing, the staff treated us with genuine care and empathy—not just as guests, but like friends they truly wanted to help. Huge, heartfelt shoutout to Julie, Jeff, and Ailine. These three were absolute lifesavers. Julie was calm, reassuring, and made sure we had everything we needed while we sorted things out. Jeff stepped in with helpful advice and made a stressful time feel so much less daunting. And Ailine—just wonderful. Her kindness and professionalism were unforgettable. Besides the top-tier service, the hotel itself is stunning. Sleek, modern, super comfortable beds, and a fantastic atmosphere throughout. But it’s the people who made it really special for us. If you’re staying in DC, I honestly can’t recommend the Conrad enough. Thanks again to the whole team—we’ll never forget how well you looked after us. 💛

What a great hotel. Premier service, top notch amenities and a quite good restaurant, as well. The in-room Nespresso makes for a great start to the day. The gym could be a little larger in terms of weight equipment, but there are Peloton bikes and fresh fruit and water. Great staff.

Tom and the entire staff of the Sakura Club- top notch! Staff treated my Mom like a queen for her birthday. Sakura club was always well stocked with snacks, daily themed dinners - very tasty. Breakfast omelette made to order daily. Plenty of seating options, large tv, board games, very welcoming and exclusive as expected with Conrad Hiltons.
